Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any cleaning service with House Cleaning Fort Myers. By scheduling a cleaning service or using our website at cleanservice.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
House Cleaning Fort Myers provides residential cleaning services in Fort Myers, FL and surrounding areas in Lee County including Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, Lehigh Acres, and Fort Myers Beach.
Services offered include:
- Recurring maid service (weekly, biweekly, monthly)
- Deep cleaning
- Move in / move out cleaning
- Vacation rental turnover cleaning
- Snowbird arrival and closing cleans
- Apartment cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
Service details and inclusions will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written or verbal confirmation from House Cleaning Fort Myers. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at any time if we are unable to safely or appropriately provide the requested service.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via cash, check, or approved electronic payment methods. Recurring clients may be invoiced on a weekly or monthly basis depending on the agreed schedule.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. However, to ensure fair scheduling for our team and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance: No charge
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance: 50% of service fee may apply
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: Full service fee may apply
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the specific areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to claims made after 24 hours or to issues caused by factors outside our control.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Damage and Liability
Our team takes great care inside every home. In the rare event that damage occurs as a direct result of our cleaning, please notify us in writing within 24 hours. We are fully insured and bonded and will work to resolve legitimate claims in a timely and fair manner.
Prohibited Items and Areas
Our cleaners are not required to clean areas or items that pose a health or safety risk, including biohazardous materials, mold remediation, pest infestations, or hazardous waste. We reserve the right to skip any area deemed unsafe.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lee County, Florida.
